Creative Walking in Past and Present Norwich
Step back in time and immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of Norwich’s medieval past with a captivating ‘Being Human’ festival short walking tour, led by professional actors bringing John Paston and Margery Brews vividly to life.
Walk and talk with family members of famous Paston Letters fame (this is the world’s earliest collection of family letters), as they share moving tales of passion, plague, and protest, guiding you through the city’s most historic corners – from St Peter’s Church and the cobbled charm of Elm Hill, to the Maid’s Head Hotel and ending with the serene Cathedral Labyrinth.
This free event promises a sensory journey through heritage and humanity, but places are limited. No prior medieval knowledge required. Walks take place on Friday 14 November, 12–1pm and 2–3pm, and Saturday 15 November at 12pm. Secure your spot and discover more details via the weblink below.
