Round Tower Churches: a Talk by Stuart Bowell
St Peter’s is one of the finest round tower churches in the country. This is a wonderful opportunity to find out more about these intriguing structures, many of which, like St Peter’s, date back to Anglo-Saxon times. Stuart Bowell is chair of the Round Tower Churches Society which leads the work in sharing information about these wonderful buildings.
The event is free. A glass of wine and nibbles will be available. Donations to Save St Peter’s are welcome.
