GoGoDiscover Farewell For Now Event
GRRREAT LAST CHANCE TO SEE DINOSAURS AT ‘FAREWELL FOR NOW’ EVENT AT NORWICH CATHEDRAL THIS OCTOBER HALF TERM
Dino hunters get ready, Break has announced that its GoGoDiscover T.rex sculptures won’t be heading into extinction just yet and will be heading to Norwich Cathedral for a special family celebration event to celebrate Dippy the Diplodocus’s last week at Norwich Cathedral at October Half Term.
This is an exciting opportunity for families to see the stunning and eye-catching T.rex sculptures in the beautiful grounds of Norwich Cathedral and see Dippy the Diplodocus on the final leg of his tour. The special ‘Farewell for Now’ event, in partnership with Break and Norwich Cathedral, will take place between Sunday 24th October and Sunday 31st October 2021 and aims to raise money for Break, so that it can continue to provide lifelong support to children and young people in care, on the edge of care or leaving care.
The Farewell For Now event coincides with the final week of Dippy the dinosaur’s 15-week stay at Norwich Cathedral. More than 100,000 people have so far visited the Natural History Museum’s iconic Diplodocus cast at the Cathedral and the Dippy on Tour: A Natural History Adventure exhibition runs until Saturday 30 October.
