VE Day event at The Tunnels
VE Day event at The Tunnels. This is a WW2 air raid shelter under the playground of Clifford Road School.
Open 11am to 3pm. No booking necessary. Entrance to the event is via Tennyson Road gate. Parking is available in surrounding streets.
Two local bands playing – The Martlesham Ukulele group and Phoenix Jazz. Stalls from local historical societies, saying what they do. Pizza van from Crave N Pizza selling delicious pizza slices. Home made cakes and cream teas for sale.
