Diss Carnival Parade & Fun Day
With the town centre set to transform into a global stage, expect a day filled with colour, music, food, and fun. The excitement begins with a vibrant parade of more than 20 entries, including walking groups, dancers, and themed floats – each showcasing a different country or culture. The procession sets off from Diss High School at 12.30pm, making its way through the town and finishing at Diss Park, where the Fun Day begins at 1.30pm.
The park will be buzzing with over 50 stalls, offering everything from international street food and artisan crafts to games, glitter bars, festival hair styling, and free family activities. Visitors of all ages will enjoy Larry Gray’s Funfair and plenty of chances to join in the fun.
Across two performance zones, you’ll be treated to a jam-packed afternoon programme of live entertainment.
Free parking is available at Morrisons, just a short walk from the park. Additional free parking can be found at Mount Street, Weavers Court, Shelfanger Road, Chapel Street, and Church Street.
