Nature’s Gifts – Festive Preserves Workshop
Join local master preserver, Janet Peachey, of Peacheys Preserves at this festive masterclass, which will be held in the beauty of Suffolk Wildlife Trust’s Redgrave & Lopham Fen reserve. You will learn how quick and easy it is to make different preserves from nature’s bounty, which will make lovely edible gifts for your friends and family.
During this practical and enjoyable workshop, Janet will share her ideas for wonderful pre-Christmas preserves to make for yourself or to give as edible gifts. She will guide you to create a variety of different products including mincemeat for home-made mince pies, a seasonal savoury jam to serve with meats and cheeses, and bottled fruits.
