Join local master preserver, Janet Peachey, of Peacheys Preserves at this masterclass. Pickles are great added to sandwiches, meats & cheeses. This workshop will give you the requisite skills to make perfect pickles, such as mustard pickles, bread & butter pickles and pickled fruits.
Janet will show you how to use a variety of ingredients from the late Summer harvest to create different flavours and give you lots of new ideas for recipes.
