With the wonderful backdrop of Suffolk Wildlife Trust’s Redgrave & Lopham Fen reserve, Janet will show you how to use a variety of fruits from the late summer harvest to create jams with different flavours and give you lots of new ideas for recipes and baking. Jams can be used for lots of things other than bread and scones – strawberry & vanilla is great in sponges and chilli jam fantastic in chocolate brownies!
