Wish You Were Here! A FREE afternoon at the seaside
A fun filled afternoon at the seaside. On July 4th we are bringing the seaside to Cringleford.
The Primary school will become a British beach for the afternoon featuring Punch and Judy shows, donkey rides, a seaside sing-a-long with the Cringleford Singers, exhibitions of work made by the community, knobbly knees contests and more!
A Big Lottery funded project with ERM (Eastern Region Media) CIC.
All residents of established Cringleford and Roundhouse are welcome to this free event.
The project is based around community cohesion – we would like as many residents of established Cringleford to cross the A11 and visit the Roundhouse estate to take part in this event. There will be a display by the Cringleford History Society and a variety of local community groups will be present.
ERM CIC are working with the community to create entertainment, activities and props for the day and want as many people as possible to come along and be part of the seaside. There will be tea and coffee on the day provided by Cringleford Primary PTA as well as free ice cream and doughnuts!
